A private is a 1 on 1 30-minute lesson tailored to the individual person & their goals.
Private classes are also a great alternative if our other class descriptions do not sound like they suit you. This may be due to ongoing injuries, physical restrictions, pregnancy etc. For example, if you are pregnant (beyond your first trimester) it is recommended that you no longer perform exercises in the prone position (on your stomach). This is an aspect of most of our group classes. Booking a Private lesson will allow you to get the most out of your allocated exercise time with class plans that have been created & modified specifically for you.
